Just splash some water on both the plunger and the dent and start pushing and pulling until it pops out. In 30 seconds to a minute the dent should pop out on its own. The tools to attempt to fix them are inexpensive and you re not likely to make the problem worse by trying to fix the dent yourself. To repair scratches apply the brush head to the syringe and load it with a small amount of touch up paint.

Dents in car doors and other body panels can sometimes be fixed surprisingly easily. These kits typically use a bridge type tool as shown above with legs that will straddle the dent. Once the ding is gone wipe the area with a clean soft cloth. Basically this repair kit provides you with all of the tools you might need to get rid of a small dent or ding from your vehicle.

Large dents look really bad but often they can be the easiest to fix. Car touch up paint can be found at most home centers. If it looks as though a diy repair may be possible we suggest purchasing a dent removal kit. Then apply light pressure to the plunger as you guide the brush head all along the scratch.

If you are patient and the paint is in good shape this can remove many dings after five or six pulls each one removing a little more of the indentation. Then a metal bridge is attached and a knob is turned that pulls up on the glue pad. Make sure to use a cup plunger for sinks not a flange one for toilets. Place a small piece of aluminum foil over the ding and heat it with a lighter for 30 seconds.
